The Rec and Park Commission Meeting is tomorrow at 4:00 at City Hall, Rm 416. Here are the relevant documents currently available for your review prior to the meeting: the agenda, the addendum to the agenda, supporting documents and specifically the memo regarding location of Blue Bottle’s cart. If you can’t make it, email the commission and let them know what you think: recpark.commission (at) sfgov.org.
For those that have never spoken before the commission, here are some tips from the RPD website.
HOW TO ADDRESS THE COMMISSION
Speakers are asked to fill out a speaker card and submit it to the Commission Secretary at the beginning of the meeting, if possible. Speakers will be called during the item noted on the card to address the Commission.
Speakers should address their comments to the Commission. In order to allow equal time for all, neither the Commission nor staff will respond to any questions during public comment. The Commission may ask questions of staff after public comment is closed.
